By accessing or using P2P Training ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and P2P Training regarding your use of the Platform. We may modify these terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.

To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Platform and for any activities or actions under your password. We encourage you to use "strong" passwords (passwords that use a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols) with your account.

P2P Training cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above requirements.

P2P Training offers online courses taught by instructors ("Courses"). When you enroll in a Course, you get a license from us to view it via the Platform and no other use. Don't try to transfer or resell Courses in any way. We generally grant a lifetime access license to you when you enroll in a Course. However, we reserve the right to revoke any license to access and use Courses at any point in time in the event where we decide or are obligated to disable access to a Course due to legal or policy reasons.

Instructors may not be able to directly answer questions or provide support for every Course. P2P Training provides no guarantee that instructor support will be provided.

• Video Content: All video content is for personal use only and may not be downloaded, shared, or redistributed.
• Code Examples: Code provided in courses may be used in your own projects, but not resold as course content.
• Course Updates: We may update course content at any time without notice.

When you make a payment, you agree to use a valid payment method. If you aren't happy with your purchase, P2P Training offers a 7-day money-back guarantee. We will refund your payment if you request a refund within 7 days of purchase.

Refund Policy:

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
• Only one refund request per course per user.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
• After 7 days, all sales are final.

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform
• Use the Platform for any commercial purpose without our consent

The Platform and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of P2P Training and its licensors. The Platform is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of P2P Training.

All course content, including videos, text, code examples, and graphics, is the property of P2P Training or its instructors and is protected by copyright law.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Platform or contact us to request account deletion.

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. P2P Training makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform, or the information, content, and materials included therein.

We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Platform is free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall P2P Training, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Platform
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform
• Any content obtained from the Platform
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
